Pricing
Weddings:
Package 1:
Number of images included: around 1500 (made up of one set of color JPG’s and one set of black and white JPG’s)
You’ll also get a copy of the digital negatives (RAW files)
All of these pictures will come on 2 to 3 DVD’s
You do all your own printing (I will provide a copyright release form so that you can print wherever you choose)
I’ll be there for the rehearsal dinner, pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception. (The package breaks down into 4 parts at $200 per section: rehearsal dinner, pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception)
$400 for the DVD’s (This is an issue of copyright….royalties if you want to call it that….since I’m giving you all the pictures for you to copy/print for the rest of the life of the disk)
This package also includes an 8×8 inch Linen bound Album with 10 spreads (20 pages) on hard photo paper. The album lays flat when you open it so you can do full 2 page spreads. I design the album and it is bound and printed by Kiss Wedding Books (www.kissweddingbooks.com) There are larger options (i.e. more pages, larger size, leather bound instead of linen, hard pages instead of paper), these are available at a higher cost. The choice is yours.
Roughly $140 for equipment rental (depending on what all you want done…we can discuss that)So altogether $1340
Package 2:
This package is somewhat more simple than the first but you don’t get anywhere near the amount of freedom, but some people like it so I keep it open.
After the wedding is over, I sort through all the images and upload only the ones I see as acceptable to SmugMug.
I send you a link to your SmugMug album, and you pick through the images and select which ones you want (8×10′s, 5×7′s, wallets, even poster size, you can also buy frames, books, and other random stuff) add them to your cart, purchase and they print the pictures (professional printing might I add) and ship them out to you within a couple days. I get the profit of what I set as the price for the pictures. You can also pay to download a digital copy, but that is often expensive.
Only disadvantage is you don’t have the digital pictures to re-print in the future. You have to logon to SmugMug and get them to print them off every time you want pictures.
You can also forward the album link to parents, friends, family and they can also buy prints from there.
I charge $950 (because there is a $150 data storage fee for the pictures)
Plus roughly $140 in equipment rental
Plus whatever you decide to purchase in prints from Smug Mug.
Total $1090 plus prints.
Portraits, Engagement Pictures, and Baby Pictures:
Basically you have the same two options: SmugMug or a digital disk.
Flat rate: $100 per session.

Around 500 images.
-Flat Rate + Color and Black and White JPG’s on disk ($200)
-Flat Rate + Color and Black and White JPG’s uploaded to Smug Mug (cost of prints)
