I had a great time this afternoon taking pictures of Matt and Kelly. Its always fun to take pictures of people who aren't afraid to be goofy. Anyways, here they are: [nggallery id=11]
Today I had the opportunity to take some pictures of the only person who made American Government worth going to...Anthoine Cobb (THANK YA!). This guy is a trip, I hope the photos properly display his personality. Here's a few from today's shoot. [nggallery id=9]
Here's a preview for Joy and Shaun and the Blinson family of their photoshoot on Friday in the freezing cold. Things went well I think. I'm having a problem with the thumbnails on NextGenGallery, I apologize, just click on the images to view. The images aren't really that grainy, the resizing batch process compressed them. It's been hard finding time to edit pictures, write papers, read, write more papers, and read some more this week. Jesse and Jennifer had an awesome wedding at the Sutherland in Wake Forest. It rained all week long and then the weather cleared up to be beautiful on that Saturday. A photographer couldn't ask for more perfect conditions. Here are a few preview shots from this past weekend. Two really good friends of mine, friends that guided me and several of my friends as we grew up and went through school welcomed their third child into the world a couple weeks ago. Donna and Justin asked me if I would take some pictures of their new little girl Sarah this weekend and here are a few shots. Justin and Donna wanted a picture of the rolls on her shoulder for some reason, so that one is for you guys. [nggallery id=3]
Some friends of mine from Messiah got married a little while back and didn't really get great pictures of them together at the wedding. So, you ask, "What do you do when you don't get good pictures at the wedding?" Answer: You dress up in your dress and tux and do it again! We went out to a friend of Paul's house out in Louisburg, there was some really cool places to take pictures. I added some textures to a couple of these...tell me what you think. Here's a few of the shots: [nggallery id=2]
Joy's sister Catherine asked if I would take some senior portraits for her. We shot them out at the same place Joy and Shaun got married. Here's a few of the shots. [nggallery id=1]
Yesterday at the softball game for Faith Baptist Church, I got to take some pictures of a little guy named Keaton. Keaton has a type of dwarfism and is a very special gift in the eyes of his family. Here's some shots, his eyes really sparkle (as Sherry told me, it's part of his condition).
Here are a few preview shots from Jason and Mandie's wedding. It was extremely hot and they really didn't like taking shots outside, but the ones we did do outside turned out great. Any questions just leave a comment! -Jason
Last night I got a little creative with the left over materials I used to make a reflector for this weekend for Mandie's bridal portraits. I ended up making a make-shift flash diffuser for the built in flash on my camera, and the thing works awesome! Since I'm already in Clover, and Jana (Mandie's little sister) was going to prom tonight, they asked if I would snap some shots. We hung a black sheet up over the entertainment center and used it as a backdrop. I used the natural light coming in from the windows to the right of the ...
Hylein from South Africa posted this picture on her photoblog, I thought I would share it with all of you who follow my blog. It puts joy in my heart to see the progress that God is doing with Wim’s ministry. Check it out at either:
